How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship from UK. Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days via Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order dispatches.

We currently ship across the UK only.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over £49.
How do I refill the diffuser?
– Refilling is quick and clean:
– Screw the wooden cap back on securely, invert briefly to re-soak the cap, and you’re ready to go!
-Unscrew the wooden cap.
– Pour in your favorite fragrance or essential oil refill using a small funnel or dropper until the bottle is about 80–90% full.
Orders & Tracking
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at hi@spreadaroma.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to alter or cancel it.
What if my item arrives damaged or broken?
Because we ship glass items, we take extra care in packaging. However, if an item arrives damaged, please email us a picture of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, opened or used diffusers and perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Brand, Ingredients & Wholesale
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes! None of our fragrances or ingredients are tested on animals, and all our formulations are 100% vegan-friendly.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk corporate orders?
